I am only going to post kick ass recipes here. I will not promise that they are low-calorie, I will not promise that they are easy to make. I will promise that when I made them in my kitchen they rocked. If I added or tweaked anything while cooking, I’ll let you know.
Pork Chops with Dijon Sauce
I added two cloves of minced garlic when I sauted the shallots. I cooked the chops for barely 10 minutes the second heating. I did not have any parsley in the house (I thought I had dried, but not so much.) so that got skipped.
