Army wife, mommy and crossfitter – just trying to get take care of my family everyday. I spent most of my life being scared of nothing in particular and everything at once. It stopped me from doing and experiencing so many amazing things. Today, like everyday, I try to overcome that voice in my head that says “That’s too scary. Don’t try, it will end badly. You can’t do it. It’s too hard.” Anytime I have ignored “that” voice I have unlocked happiness beyond words… This blog is my diary of the GREAT adventures of my family and I!

Will you still be at Casey in October of 2013? I may only get into a crossfit affiliate for a month or two max before we leave for Korea. Looking for a coach or group on post or in Dongducheon. Have not seen nor heard from anyone about a training location. Even if you could point me in the right direction that would be great.
Nikki – send me a message here when you get to Casey in October. We have an affiliate working to get up and running currently. Should be holding classes sometime this fall…
