Killer WOD this morning with Med balls, pull-ups, running, tire flips and push-ups with the awesome folks of Humphrey’s Crossfit. Now we are getting ready to rock a ridiculous table of thanks. Thanks to our amazing hosts – Chavela, Danny and Humphreys Crossfit. Proof that no matter where you go in the world, Crossfitters take care of one another.
